The entry threshold for investment in the fund is established at a minimum of $5 million. To optimize the fund’s performance and maintain exclusivity, a limit of 100 investors has been set.
The goal of the fund is to acquire up to 35 Class A and Class B projects; and realize a target minimum annual net average return of 10%.
