We pay commissions as follows:

80/20

If the agent brings in the business to QUASAR, QUASAR will pay the agent 80% of net fees.

50/50

If QUASAR provides the agent business, QUASAR will pay the agent 50% of net fees.

Marketing Service

QUASAR has contracted a marketing service to work with agents with developing branding, search engine optimization (SEO), copy, social media and advertisement strategies. This service is provided to agents for free. Agents are encouraged to work with our marketing service partner on a continuous basis.

Personalized Coaching

At QUASAR, our agents are our partners. We work with our agents on developing their business plan and assisting them with originating and closing deals.

Stay ahead with technology that enhances the level of service you provide to your clients.

No Fees

QUASAR does not charge a desk fee or annual membership fees. QUASAR is not looking to squeeze fees from their agents to increase corporate revenues. QUASAR instead opts to invest in the success of their agents.
