Richard Lupkin

Richard Lupkin serves QUASAR as its Director, Facilities and member of the Investment Committee. Mr. Lupkin is responsible for overseeing the facilities systems, capital improvement projects and maintenance teams of the firm.

Prior to joining the corporate world, Mr. Lupkin served as a Petty Officer Second Class within the United States Navy.
